Two tasters of their locally brewed beer with Popcorn Chicken; Tender, boneless chicken brined in our flagship IPA with a mix of spices. Fried to crispy perfection and served with sweet honey Dijon and refreshingly savoury guasacaca. For kids: crunchy veggies and dip with macaroni and cheese along with pop or juice.
Ampersand
Try a Merlot Braised Elk Shank served on a bed of mushroom risotto with grilled snap peas, elk Demi and bone marrow. For the Kids: a cheesy macaroni and cheese.
Ávila Arepa
Get two Arepas with your choice of beef, pork, chicken, or vegetables with either cheese or a black been filling, served with Yuca Fries, coleslaw and a taste size tres leches for dessert.
