Situation Brewery
Two tasters of their locally brewed beer with Popcorn Chicken; Tender, boneless chicken brined in our flagship IPA with a mix of spices. Fried to crispy perfection and served with sweet honey Dijon and refreshingly savoury guasacaca. For kids: crunchy veggies and dip with macaroni and cheese along with pop or juice.
Polar Park Brewery
Your choice of the following:
Polar Burger- Hand smashed, all beef patty, house garlic aioli, Greenleaf lettuce, tomato, red onion, a house pickle, bacon and cheddar. Served on a freshly baked focaccia bun.
Fried Chicken Sandwich (gf available) - Breaded chicken, chipotle mayo, Greenleaf lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and a house pickle. Served on a freshly baked potato bun.
Garden Burger (vegan) - Chickpeas, sweet garlic tahini, jalapeno mint emulsion, Greenleaf lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and a house pickle, served on freshly baked herbed pita.
These sliders are paired with two 5oz locally crafted beers. For the kids: select small fresh pasta of beef or vegetables.

Get two Arepas with your choice of beef, pork, chicken, or vegetables with either cheese or a black been filling, served with Yuca Fries, coleslaw and a taste size tres leches for dessert.
