Chef Lino Oliveira will be demonstrating one of his staple menu items the Lobster Risotto.
This 3-course menu will first entail how to make white wine garlic mussels for an appetizer. This is then followed by creating Lobster Risotto with Sable fish. The pieces of lobster are significant and the richness of the lobster broth with a dash of a tomato sauce goes well with the Sable fish. To finish off your meal with a nice sweet taste you will be provided with a Portuguese custard tart as a dessert (all included in this signature Chef’s Kit).
Recommended cocktail & wine pairing add-on available:
Spanish Old Fashion & Guy Saget Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine Wine
Guy Saget Muscadet Sevre-et-Maine Bottle
